Tarique Rahman mourns death of scholar Mufti Ahmadullah

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of senior Islamic scholar and Muhaddith Allama Mufti Ahmadullah.

In a condolence message, Tarique said Mufti Ahmadullah, Muhtamim and Shaikhul Hadith of Al-Jamia Al-Islamia Patiya Madrasa in Chattogram, will be remembered for his teachings that guided students to become ideal human beings through the practice of Islamic knowledge, a press release said here.

Tarique also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
