Fascist collaborators must face music: Mia Golam Parwar

Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP, Professor Mia Golam Parwar, here today said that the ultimate goal of student- people sacrifices in July-August uprising  is to build an ideal society.

“To achieve this, Jamaat-e-Islami activists must prepare themselves accordingly, ”  he asserted.

Parwar made the remarks as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the new office of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Khulna city unit at Khan Jahan Ali Road in the city today.
He said, "During the past fascist regimes, all our offices were sealed off. Our activists were abducted from their homes and fallen prey to enforced disappearance, killing and torture,”

“Our leaders were persecuted in the name of justice. However, we do not believe in revenge. But to free the nation from stigma, those who collaborated with fascism must be brought to justice," he said.
