Clear skies expected over Dhaka as temperatures remain steady

The Meteorological Department has forecast clear skies over Dhaka today, with temperatures expected to remain steady.

The forecast issued for Dhaka and surrounding areas from 7am on Wednesday, 26 November, for the following six hours, predicts mainly dry weather with clear skies.

Gentle breeze from the south to southeast

Winds are expected to blow from the south to southeast at speeds of 5 to 10 kilometres per hour.

At 6am, the temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 19 degrees Celsius, with humidity at 88 per cent. The highest temperature recorded yesterday was 29.5 degrees Celsius.

National outlook: partly cloudy and dry

The latest 120-hour nationwide forecast indicates temporarily partly cloudy skies, with dry weather prevailing across the country.

Temperatures across Bangladesh are expected to remain nearly unchanged during both day and night.
